If you are looking for Six Sigma training that you can do from your home, currently we provide two types of Six Sigma training online:

Online Green Belt training – Need training for you or key employees to lead Six Sigma improvement teams on a part time basis? Green Belt training is for people who what to stay in their current job but can spend 25% – 30% of their time over a 6 month period working improvement projects. It is a less in depth coverage of the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge but it give one enough information to make a real difference. Online Black Belt training – Do you want  to work Six Sigma full time? Do you have employees you want working Six Sigma Full time? Black Belt training is for people who what to work full time as Six Sigma change agents working improvement projects. Usually they work as Black Belts for 2 – 3 years before moving on to some manager position.  This training covers the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge as defined in “The Six Sigma Handbook” by Tom Pyzdek.
