This class covers the impact of Six Sigma on an organization, as well as Maximizing Customer Value, Growing the Business, Business Cultural Change, Company Goals & Objectives, and Project Alignment. Facilitators will detail what Six Sigma is and is not, as well as explain how Six Sigma will impact employees, individual jobs, and the organization. Upon completion of this seminar, employees will understand how to contribute to their company’s success.

This class is designed not as a public class but a “tailored” class for a company that wants all its’ employees to have insight in to what is happening in their company with Six Sigma. Usually the first few classes are given and then a company can separately purchase the material to continue to train the rest of their employees.

Prerequisite: Committed Management to Six Sigma (Six Sigma Executive Strategic Planning Training)
