Leadership Strategic Planning & Commitment Training:

This course gives senior leaders the knowledge they need to make Six Sigma succeed.
Instructors will demonstrate the need to use fact-based data focused on maximizing
customers’ values, and then taking steps to ensure that your company’s goals are aligned
with those same values. Instructors will work with participants on selecting the best
areas for improvement, growth, and return on investment. Participants will be taught
how to develop the optimal commitment of time, resources, and funds to make desired
improvements happen. Participants will also learn proven methods for measuring success.
Prerequisites: An Understanding (Six Sigma and your Business) and commitment to Six
Sigma.
