Our classroom Six Sigma training can be tailored to support your process improvement needs. Participants will be expected to have a project to use in their Six Sigma training. Classes are provided just-in-time so that the Six Sigma material is fresh in the participants mind while working on their first project to obtain process excellence. Between classes the Six Sigma Master Black Belt instructor is available through Email and weekly on-line office hours using Yugma-Skype. Certification is available for all training.

Usually they work as Black Belts for 2 – 3 years before moving on to some manger position.  This training covers the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge as defined in “The Six Sigma Handbook” by Tom Pyzdek.
